• Account information: Name, email address, business name, phone number, and password when you create an account or request a demo.
• Business information: Details about your boutique, consignment shop, or maker business, including vendor lists, inventory data, and customer records you upload or enter into the platform.
• Payment information: Billing address and payment card details, processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: Messages you send us via contact forms, email, or support channels.
• Marketing preferences: Email address and opt-in status when you subscribe to our newsletter or download a lead magnet.

Information Collected Automatically

• Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Device information: Device type, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Cookies and tracking technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect usage data and improve your experience. See Section 6 for more details.
• Meta Pixel data: If you arrive at our site via a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisement, we may collect data about your interaction with our site through the Meta Pixel, including pages viewed and actions taken. This data is used for advertising measurement and optimization.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Service: Creating and managing your account, processing transactions, and delivering the features you use.
• To communicate with you: Sending transactional emails (receipts, account notices), responding to inquiries, and sending marketing communications you have opted into.
• To improve the Service: Analyzing usage patterns to fix bugs, improve features, and develop new functionality.
• To personalize your experience: Remembering your preferences and tailoring content to your business type.
• To run advertising campaigns: Using aggregated and anonymized data to measure the effectiveness of our Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors (Stripe), email delivery services, CRM and marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel), and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
• Meta Platforms: If you interact with our Meta ads or use Meta Login features, data may be shared with Meta in accordance with Meta's own Privacy Policy and our advertising agreements.
• Business transfers: If Boutiqly is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
• With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Marketing contact data (email addresses collected via lead magnets or newsletter sign-ups) is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data. See Section 9 for instructions on how to submit a deletion request.

1. Email us at privacy@boutiqly.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include your full name and the email address associated with your Boutiqly account.
3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Please note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes even after a deletion request. We will inform you if this applies to your request.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Boutiqly is based in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also send an email notification to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
