How It Works
What to Expect as a Secret Shopper
Visit a Participating Boutique
Shop as a regular customer at one of the participating boutiques in the Bishop Arts District. Browse, ask questions, and experience the store naturally.
Share Your Honest Feedback
After your visit, complete a short feedback form covering your experience — customer service, store atmosphere, product presentation, and more.
Receive a Gift Card
As a thank-you for your time and feedback, you'll receive a gift card to use at participating Bishop Arts District boutiques.
Weekends Preferred
Shop visits are preferred on weekends when boutiques are at their busiest — giving you the most authentic customer experience to evaluate.
